Letting Go and Silence

This is the first episode of the relaunch of the Digital Calm podcast. Prepare yourself for a relaxing audio experience. Find a comfortable place to sit. You may want to grab a cup of coffee or tea and your journal. For the best audio experience, you may want to listen through your earbuds or headphones.

The mission of the Digital Calm podcast is to combat busyness and help you create a pocket of calm in your otherwise busy day so you can regain focus and mental clarity.

This experience is just over 20 minutes.

Relax and enjoy.

No Matter What, Keep Moving Forward!

Keep moving forward. One of a handful of mantras, I keep in my back pocket, ready for recall when I need them. And this week, I had to remind myself that regardless of setbacks, I must keep moving forward, even sometimes if that means leaving someone behind.

Don’t read too much into this. Nothing drastic has happened. But I have had to make some changes to one of my projects.

In this episode, I’ll update you on what’s going on in the soulcruzer creatorverse.

As always, thanks for listening.

Peace and love,
Clay

Digital Calm #28

We had a great time on the Digital Calm show last night. The chatbox was on fire. On the episode itself, we dove into the question: do the ends justify the means?  We also found out that Clay Lowe is dead – long live DJ Soulcruzer! And we may have just seen the birth of the Queen of Calm or the Queen of Chaotic Calm. The jury is still out.

a BIG shoutout to:

@balutacristina

@Danielruiztizonisaavailable

@F5hoodie

@TomAZ011

@MsMendosa

Digital Calm #27

If you missed Tuesday’s Digital Calm show live, then here’s the replay.
Just a reminder, the show streams live every Tuesday from 8 – 9:30 PM.

If you download the Mixcloud app (search soulcruzer) you can have the show on the go with you while driving or walking the dog.

This week we get into a discussion about whether or not what a person does really matters in the grand scheme of things.

Plus we play some great tunes from Doctor Flake, Roy Bebop, Lost Frequencies, Embody, and more.
Have a listen and let us know your thoughts.
