Ok, I finally pushed publish on my new learning and development project.

It’s a personal development and self-improvement program delivered in the form of a newsletter. Each issue consists of a microlearning module and links to additional resources to support the selected topic.

each week, the microlearning module will cover one of the 5 pillars of personal development – mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, and social.
